Musnad Ahmad 1275:2

Ibn Numayr narrated to us, from Isma'il, from 'Amir, from 'Ikrimah, from Ibn 'Abbas, from Sawdah, the wife of the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, who said: "A sheep of ours died, so we tanned its skin. We continued to prepare nabidh (a drink made by soaking dates or raisins in water) in it until it became an old, worn-out waterskin."
