Musnad Ahmad 267:1

Abu Sa’id, the freed slave of Banu Hashim, narrated to us, saying: Za’idah narrated to us, saying: Shabib ibn Gharqadah narrated to us, from Sulayman ibn ‘Amr ibn al-Ahwas, who said: My father narrated to me that he witnessed the Farewell Pilgrimage with the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace. The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said: "No perpetrator commits a crime except against himself; a father does not commit a crime against his child, nor does a child commit a crime against his father."
