Hadith 148:2
Muhammad ibn Ja‘far narrated to us, Shu‘bah narrated to us, from Abu Hamzah, who said: I heard Hilal, a man from Banu Mazin, narrating from Suwayd ibn Muqarrin, who said: "I came to the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, with nabidh (fermented drink) in a clay jar, and I asked him about it, so he forbade me from it." So I took the jar and broke it.
حدثنا محمد بن جعفر، حدثنا شعبة، عن أبي حمزة، قال: سمعت هلالا رجلا من بني مازن يحدث، عن سويد بن مقرن، قال: " أتيت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم بنبيذ في جر، فسألته عنه، فنهاني عنه "، فأخذت الجرة فكسرتها
