Hadith 684:2
Waki' narrated to us, from Sufyan, from Alqamah, from Tariq, who said: A man came to the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, and said: "Which Jihad is best?" He said: "A word of truth in the presence of a tyrannical ruler."
حدثنا وكيع، عن سفيان، عن علقمة، عن طارق قال: جاء رجل إلى النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم فقال: أي الجهاد أفضل؟ قال: " كلمة حق عند إمام جائر "
