Musnad Ahmad 576:2

Bahz narrated to us, Shu'bah narrated to us, he said: 'Adi ibn Thabit informed me, he said: I heard Zayd ibn Wahb narrating from Thabit ibn Wadi'ah, he said: A man came to the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, with some dhabb (lizards) that he had hunted. He said: So he began to look at it and turn it over, and he said: "A nation was transformed, and it is not known what they did, and I do not know, perhaps this is one of them."
