Musnad Ahmad 88:1

Hisham ibn Sa'id narrated to us, he said: Khalid—meaning Ibn 'Abdullah—narrated to us, he said: 'Amr ibn Yahya ibn 'Umarah narrated to us, from Muhammad ibn Yahya ibn Habban, he said: My paternal uncle, Wasi' ibn Habban, narrated to me, from Wahb ibn Hudhayfah, that the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: "A man is more entitled to his seat. And if he stands up from it, then returns—that is—he is more entitled to it."
