Musnad Ahmad 88:2

'Affan narrated to us, he said: Khalid al-Wasiti narrated to us, he said: 'Amr ibn Yahya narrated to us, from Muhammad ibn Yahya, from his paternal uncle Wasi' ibn Habban, from Wahb ibn Hudhayfah, from the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, who said: "If a man stands up from his sitting place, then returns to it, he is more entitled to it. And if he had a need and stood up for it, then returned, he is more entitled to it."
