Musnad Ahmad 258:1

Ibrahim ibn Abi al-Abbas narrated to us, he said: Muhammad ibn Harb al-Khawlani narrated to me, he said: Umar ibn Ru’bah al-Taghlibi narrated to me, from Abd al-Wahid ibn Abd Allah al-Nasri, from Wathilah ibn al-Asqa’ al-Laythi, he said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: "The woman inherits three inheritances: her freed slave, her foundling, and her child whom she performed li'an (oath of imprecation) over." *** 16005 - Haytham ibn Kharijah narrated to us, he said: Abu Abd al-Malik al-Hasan ibn Yahya al-Khushani informed us, from Bishr ibn Hayyan, he said: Wathilah ibn al-Asqa’ came while we were building our mosque. He said: He stood over us and greeted us, then said: I heard the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, saying: "Whoever builds a mosque in which prayer is performed, Allah the Almighty and Majestic will build for him in Paradise one better than it." Abu Abd al-Rahman said: I have heard it from Haytham ibn Kharijah.
