Musnad Ahmad 505:1

Waki’ narrated to us, from Sufyan, from ‘Abd al-Rahman ibn Ziyad, from Ziyad ibn Nu’aym al-Hadrami, from Ziyad ibn al-Harith al-Suda’i: That he gave the Adhan, and Bilal wanted to give the Iqamah. The Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: "O brother of Suda’, the one who gave the Adhan is the one who gives the Iqamah."
