Fazara ibn Umar narrated to us, Ibrahim—meaning Ibn Sa’d—narrated to us, Ibn Shihab narrated to us, from Abu Bakr ibn Abd al-Rahman, from Ibn Muti’ ibn al-Aswad, from Nawfal ibn Mu’awiyah al-Dayli, [a narration] like the hadith of Abu Hurayrah regarding the tribulations (fitan), except that Abu Bakr adds: "Regarding the prayer, there is a prayer; whoever misses it, it is as if he has been bereaved of his family and his wealth."
