Hadith 403:2
Abdullah ibn Ahmad said: Abu Khaythama Zuhayr ibn Harb narrated to me, saying: Sufyan narrated to us, from al-Zuhri, from Ubayd Allah ibn Abd Allah, from Ibn Abbas, from al-Sa’b ibn Jaththama, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) passed by me while I was at al-Abwa’ or Waddan. I gifted him the meat of a wild donkey while he was in the state of ihram, so he returned it to me. When he saw the dislike on my face, he said: "It is not that we reject it from you, but we are in the state of ihram." He said: And I heard him say: "There is no protected pasture (hima) except for Allah and His Messenger." He said: And he was asked about the people of the polytheist dwellings who are attacked by night, and their women and children are struck. He said: "They are from them."
